Please join your fellow Savour Ottawa members at our business-to-business fall networking event on Monday, November 23rd, from 1pm to 4pm. The event takes place in the Panorama Room at the National Arts Centre, where Executive Chef John Morris from le café will create some tasty canapés for us all to enjoy, with food sourced from local farmers and producers.

The agenda will include ample opportunities for networking, and:

• a presentation by local craft brewers in the Ottawa region interested in purchasing more products from local farmers, and a discussion on the creation of a Savour Ottawa craft brewery category
• a discussion on the value-chain of grain production
• an update on the Ottawa Food Hub including brief remarks about the processing ‘kitchen’ and ‘workshops’
• a brief presentation on Savour Ottawa program accomplishments in 2015 and new opportunities in 2016
